The decision to begin Pilates, last year with Cindy Krasney, was one of the best choices I have made for my health and well being. Here are the reasons why: 1. Cindy’s schedule offerings are convenient for a late morning work out or early evening, meeting the needs of retirees or those who are working. 2. The Pilates program provides simple, gentle movement that encourages stretching and core strength improvement. 3. She provides a great, calming playlist. 4. She provides simple, straightforward and supportive instruction. 5. The program is reasonably priced. 6. It is conveniently located near banking, shopping and a variety of small businesses. 7. The location offers other wellness programs too. Lastly, I am encouraging anyone who wants to begin a Pilates program in the Greenville area to check this one out. It is a 5 Star! Sincerely Grateful

Cindy is an amazing Pilates instructor who brings such a positive, supportive energy to every class. She creates a comfortable, close-knit environment where everyone feels welcome and completely free of judgment. What I really appreciate is how she mixes things up each session, keeping the workouts fresh, engaging, and challenging in the best way. Her encouragement and attention to each person makes a big difference, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients’ progress and well-being. I always leave her class feeling stronger, more confident, and glad I came.

I enjoy the Pilates exercise. You explain all the moves that we do, it makes it easier to do then right. You also have different days and times for the classes. This makes it easier to attend classes . I feel a lot better when I finish a class then I felt before a class.
